In 2014 the Law Firm has stipulated a stable Agreement of cooperation with the Sun & Hold Law Firm of Shanghai (PRC) - www.sunhold.com.cn/en - for the purpose of increasing the services of soliciting and legal assistance per those Italian or foreign clients who may have business relationships with the People's Republic of China and Hong Kong. The Strategic Alliance with the Sun & Hold Law Firm promotes and provide advice for initiatives of investment in the Chinese Republic as well as it guarantees full protection and counseling in controversies where the ordinary jurisdiction is contractually derogated.
Furthermore, the Alliance can provide complete assistance for exigencies of regulatory compliance with laws and certifications contemplated by the Chinese legal system. The cooperation with the Sun & Hold Law Firm also fosters mutual programs of legal training about the respective legal systems.
In 2016 the Law Firm has stipulated a stable Agreement with the School of Law of the University of Bologna - http://www.giurisprudenza.unibo.it/it - for the purpose of allowing students enrolled in their IV or V year who have passed the exams of civil law, civil procedure, commercial and corporate law, and labour law with an average grade of 28/30, to undertake a stage of up to three months in the offices of Bologna. All the candidates are required to have excellent language skills in Italian, English and/or French.
