The Law Firm
The Law Firm was founded in 1936 by the Attorney at Law Edmondo Martinuzzi.
The Firm has a decadal experience in the areas of civil law, patent and copyright law, commercial and corporate law, as well as in ADR, labour law, wills and trusts.
The professionals of the Firm are able to provide advice and legal counsel in Italian and foreign environments also as a consequence of the strategic agreements stipulated with other law firms in China, USA and EU.
From 1997 to 1999, Gino Martinuzzi was lecturer for the civil law class of the School organized by the Fondazione Forense for training the law practitioners to take the Bar Exam. Furthermore, he was member for many years of the local Bar Council of Bologna and he is currently adjunct member of the Commission for Tariffs of the National Council of Lawyers.
The Law Firm can provide advice and legal counsel before all the Italian jurisdictions and, in particular, before the Court of cassation, the Council of State, and the Constitutional Court, as well as before the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights.
